Qualifications

• Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Demonstrated academic achievement and commitment to litigation excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct written discovery and prepare disclosures.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Appear in state and federal courts.
• Assist with trial strategy, witness preparation, and trial execution.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and developments.
• Collaborate with attorneys on complex defense matters involving public entities and civil rights claims.
