You will manage diverse Arizona defense matters, represent carriers and employers, and draft pleadings and briefs.

Qualifications

• AZ Bar Admission in good standing.
• Recent defense litigation experience in state/federal courts.
• Open to candidates from a district court background.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of Arizona defense matters from intake through hearing, trial, or settlement.
• Represent insurance carriers, self-insured employers, private businesses, and third-party administrators.
• Appear at hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs in court and administrative settings.
• Advise clients on coverage and risk, with the goal of early resolution where it makes sense.
