Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of defense litigation experience.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred.
• Ability to manage case files, deadlines, and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
• Draft disclosures, discovery, pleadings, and other filings.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and other litigation matters.
• Review and organize case evidence and records.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and billable time.
• Prepare and file court documents in compliance with applicable court rules and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical standards.
• Monitor developments in applicable laws, regulations, and procedures.
