Job summary

Ion Solar is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate in Franklin, MA. The role involves conducting physical inventories, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure stock accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, providing excellent customer service, and verifying order correctness while adhering to safety and quality standards. A high school diploma is required, with forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and participates in physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses.
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks to receive stock and/or fill orders for transport.
• Maintains physical and electronic documents, and files records (e.g. receipts, delivery logs, inventory, warehouse reports, material evaluation, etc.).
• Operates warehouse equipment (e.g. company vehicles, pallet jacks, trailers, etc.).
• Prepares reports to maintain accurate records for business service.
• Provides quality customer service to maintain an effective and efficient work environment.
• Receives stock and non-stock items to ensure specifications, quantity, and quality of orders are correct.
