Job summary

Precision HR Solutions, Inc. is hiring multiple full-time float Paraprofessionals to support K-8th grade special needs students in a Brooklyn Park, MN school setting. Experience is required; paraprofessionals will float between all grade levels and varying student abilities.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:15pm with pay at $22 per hour, paid weekly. This TEMP TO PERM role offers hands-on classroom assistance and crisis support as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with special needs students is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher by reinforcing instruction for individual or small groups of students in an assigned classroom.
• Provides support for students in crisis
• Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the student's learning experiences and support them as needed
