Precision HR is seeking a Full-time Special Education Paraprofessional to support elementary students in Saint Bonifacius, MN. You will work alongside teachers to assist students with special needs, fostering a safe, inclusive classroom where each student feels valued.

Must have 2 years of college (60 credits) or an Associate’s degree, or pass the ParaPro Assessment. Schedule is M-F 8:00am - 2:30pm with a pay rate of $20.54–$24.75/hour.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college (60 credits) / Associate’s degree or a passing ParaPro Assessment score.
• Experience working with children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher to support students with special needs.
• Help create an inclusive classroom environment and support social-emotional learning.
• Supervise and ensure safety of students during activities and transitions.
