Keck Medicine of USC is seeking a Return-to-Work Coordinator to oversee disability case management from notification to full duty release. You will analyze medical restrictions, coordinate accommodations, and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, FEHA, and workers’ compensation laws.

The role emphasizes data-driven metrics, cross-team collaboration, and confidentiality within a university health system. This is a temporary role with potential to extend, supporting USC's Equal Opportunity commitments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of working experience.
• Certified Professional Disability Management and/or California Workers’ Compensation Claims Administration certifications.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, ADA, FEHA requirements and workers’ compensation laws.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to maintain a consistently positive attitude and courteous phone/email tone.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Analyze medical work restrictions and advise on return-to-work decisions.
• Create and analyze metrics on accommodation processes.
• Serve as university liaison on workers’ compensation and return-to-work eligibility and/or certification.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and USC policies.
