Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area (or equivalent).
• Master's degree in counseling, rehabilitation, psychology, or related field preferred.
• CRCC or CDMS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide disability management and case management for employees with disabilities.
• Consult with campus departments on compliance with UC policies, CFRA, FMLA, ADA/FEHA and related laws.
• Facilitate the interactive process and Transitional Return to Work (TRTW) program.
• Recommend reasonable accommodations, workstation modifications, medical leaves, and transitional employment.
• Coordinate with campus offices, HR, legal counsel, and external parties as needed.
• Testify/depose in workers' compensation and civil litigation related to disability matters.
