Career Group is assisting a client, an education management company in New York, in finding a temp-to-perm Recruiter. The role starts ASAP and is hybrid with hours 8:30/9am - 5:30pm, ongoing with potential to go permanent down the line.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong verbal and written communication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage interview processes while delivering a positive candidate experience and collaborating

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
