Wachter is currently accepting applications for a TEMP TO PERM Level L Help Desk position in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Help Desk environment.

We currently have two shifts available: Mon - Fri | 2p-11p; Sun - Thurs | 8p-5a. We seek self-motivated and reliable candidates who can work independently and find solutions to complete the job. Long-term employment with competitive pay and exceptional benefits for qualified candidates.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of help desk experience preferred.
• CCNA certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Cisco IOS, Linux, and Windows Server OS.

Mansioni

• Receive incident and information request calls and resolve with the designated contact.
• Keep customers informed of progress and provide clear updates.
• Analyze and explain step-by-step technical troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Prioritize and escalate based on impact; maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Support a variety of purpose-built software and stay current with technologies.
