CRM Residential seeks a Certification Specialist (Temp to Permanent) to report to the Community Manager. The role requires handling resident selection, recertifications, and occupancy tasks while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with HUD and LIHTC requirements.

The candidate must have a High School diploma, prior certification experience, and strong MS Office skills. Attendance and flexible hours are essential to meet staffing needs at the property.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous certification experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)

Responsibilities

• Resident selection and orientation per policy.
• Assist leasing of vacant apartments to maintain occupancy.
• Coordinate recertifications of residents per HUD guidelines.
• Maintain waiting list and update records in the computer.
• Assist with goals development for the property.
• Manage resident files and support file reviews.
• Process daily office duties and applications for prospective residents.
• Respond to resident requests and process work orders as directed byMaintenance Plus.
• Observe Fair Housing Laws and perform related duties as assigned.
