Job summary

Civil Recruit seeks a Storeroom Customer Service Representative to support customer locations by purchasing stock and non-stock items that meet price, quality, timing and reliability standards. This on-site role involves creating purchase orders, tracking orders, handling procurement requests, and ensuring order delivery.

Responsibilities include receiving orders, reconciling invoices, navigating ERP systems, and teaming with Storeroom Attendants.

Qualifications

• Computer skills and aptitude to learn ERP and Inventory Management applications.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational execution.
• Proficiency with MS-Office products and good math aptitude.
• 1+ years of procurement-related experience preferred.
• CPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement activities to meet customer demand and align with purchasing strategies.
• Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders.
• Review inventory forecasts and replenishment recommendations.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
• Coordinate vendor returns for aging or excess inventory.
