Job summary

Civil Recruit seeks a Warehouse/Storeroom Attendant to support daily receiving, stocking, issuing and cycle counting at a customer site. You will maintain an organized storeroom, handle tools and parts, and use Excel and Outlook daily while delivering solid customer service.

Ideal candidates have basic math, reading of manuals, and strong communication skills. The role requires the ability to work in a team, follow safety guidelines, and adapt to new inventory systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ months relevant experience and/or training.
• Reading and interpreting safety rules, work orders and manuals.
• Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn new systems.
• Strong communication, customer service and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and safety minded.

Responsibilities

• Unloads, receives and puts away incoming product, checks for damage and invoices.
• Sorts, labels, moves and stores items on racks or bins by size, style or codes.
• Issues items to site employees and maintains accurate issue records.
• Enters stock data into a database and responds to inquiries.
• Performs cycle counts and assists with inventory replenishment.
