IMCMV Management is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to process vendor invoices and prepare payments in a timely manner for a fast-paced organization in Orlando. This temporary-to-hire role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include data entry, reconciling statements, resolving vendor inquiries, and ensuring discounts are captured. Proficiency in Excel and Word is required; Great Plains Dynamics/PaperSave experience is a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts.
• Effective organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, sort, organize, code and record data and documents.
• Process vendor invoices timely and accurately.
• Ensure vendor invoices are paid on time and take advantage of discounts.
• Resolve vendor questions and concerns promptly.
• Research and resolve rate discrepancies.
• Complete vendor statement reconciliations.
• Perform other duties as assigned with a sense of urgency.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
