This position is posted to create a pool of candidates. Eligible candidates will be contacted as positions become available.

JOB SUMMARY

Administers appropriate assessments to include, but not limited to statewide, College Board, ACT, and/or English Language Learner (ELL) exams. Must sign the Test Administration and Certification of Training Form and Non-Disclosure Agreement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administers each assessment according to the specific policies and procedures outline by each vendor.
  • Ensures that all test security policies and procedures are strictly followed.
  • Communicates any questions, concerns, suggestions, or clarifications.
  • Reviews prior to actual administration of assessments, all manuals and ancillaries, list of students receiving accommodations, and verify that students receiving accommodations are grouped appropriately.
  • Reports suspected testing infractions to the School Testing Coordinator, Principal, or Testing office.
  • Participates in mandatory training as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned within the same classification or lower.

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate required.
