Job summary

PT PROCTOR SPECIALIST - ASSESSMENT CENTER is an on-site part-time role in the United States, with 19 hours per week and occasional increases up to 25 hours. This position supports placement, make-up, licensure exams, and accommodated testing, while ensuring exam integrity and strong customer service.

The Proctor Specialist administers tests such as TSIA2, GED, ACT, CLEP, HESI, and vendor exams, verifies IDs, and maintains secure testing environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• At least one year of experience in education, testing, or customer service.
• Prior experience in test administration or higher education preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor high-stakes and institutional exams.
• Verify identification and provide testing instructions.
• Enforce test security protocols and report irregularities.
• Support testing intake, scheduling, and accommodated testing.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with logs and reports.
• Collaborate with proctors to ensure efficient operations.
