Job summary

Colorado Mountain College invites applications for an Access Services test proctor. This part-time role supports administration of testing accommodations, ensuring secure procedures and accurate records.

The proctor collaborates with the Campus Access Coordinator to coordinate testing at multiple locations and may require some evenings to ensure course quality. Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent, plus related work experience, strong English skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Education and experience sufficient for the rigors of the position.
• 1 year related work experience or High School Diploma/GED with 2 years related work experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to read, write, speak English well and operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and supervise test taking for students with approved testing accommodations.
• Supervise in-person testing, paper-based exams, and technology-assisted testing.
• Follow testing rules and security procedures to maintain a secure testing environment.
• Verify student identity and maintain exam security and records.
• Manage testing schedules with the Access Coordinator across locations.
