Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in human resources, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume, corporate, and executive roles.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience preferred).
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

As a **Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary)**, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts by sourcing and hiring top talent for high-volume, corporate, and leadership-level positions. You will work closely with hiring managers across different departments to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract qualified candidates. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience; internal equity; and other business and organizational needs.
