Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years HR, law school career services, attorney recruiting and/or development experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a professional services or legal environment required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus and summer associate recruiting programs (scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and related duties).
• Assist with orientation schedules for all new hires.
• Monitor local recruiting budget and assist with firm-wide initiatives with Talent Acquisition Global team.
• Coordinate local Talent Development events and training programs and budgets.
