Job summary

The position requires 7+ years in a professional services or legal setting with 3+ years in management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management or related field (preferred)
At least 7 years of experience in a professional services or legal environment (required)
At least 3 years of management experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Implement local Talent Acquisition initiatives, including on-campus events and recruiting programs.
Develop, execute and manage local recruiting strategies, policies, budgets and related operations.
Oversee and support local Associate Engagement Committee (AEC) and development initiatives.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for all new hires (attorneys and business professionals).
