Job summary

Paul Hastings, a leading international law firm, seeks a Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development in its Boston and Chicago offices. You will implement the firm’s global TA & Development strategy locally, overseeing student recruitment, attorney relations, orientation and professional development initiatives.

The role collaborates across offices to drive firm-wide programs, lead local recruiting strategies, manage budgets, and provide guidance on talent development and engagement to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR or related field is preferred
• At least 7 years in a professional services or legal environment
• At least 3 years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead local recruiting strategy and campus programs
• Oversee on-campus events, recruiting programs and summer associate programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with law schools, professional associations and partners
• Coordinate local training and development initiatives and orientation schedules
