Job summary

HHS is seeking an experienced Staffing Director to manage the high-volume recruitment flow for hourly operations across multiple facilities, including virtual roles. You will oversee postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination while partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to implement staffing strategies aligned with HHS policies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a staffing environment as a branch manager or similar role.
• 1+ years working in recruiting or HR/HRIS onboarding.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and staffing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Staffing experience in temporary labor market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and screen active and passive candidates through multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Create, post, and manage open requisitions across internal systems, external job boards, and social media platforms.
• Monitor candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure alignment with job requirements and client expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hourly employees during recruiting, onboarding, employment, and offboarding.
• Lead, guide, and support temporary staff while ensuring a positive candidate and new-hire experience.
• Manage onboarding, screening, and compliance requirements across ATS/HRIS systems.
