Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing/HR experience in relevant sectors.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment agency methods.
• Understanding of employee relations and confidentiality.
• Coaching and counseling skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide temp staffing support across temp labor order fulfillment and staffing agency management.
• Assist workforce staffing through the Distribution Center for Staffing Agency Partners.
• Provide training support to agency on-site representatives and staff.
• Ensure Open Door and diversity values are upheld.
• Collaborate with HR Manager to resolve temp workforce conflicts.
• Provide reporting for labor orders, training, show rates, and attrition.
• Manage Vendor Management System onboarding and invoicing.
• Manage Zendesk and other operational needs related to the temp workforce.
