Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Director of Workforce Staffing Operations to lead a best-in-class staffing delivery program across the US distribution center network. You will partner with leadership, manage vendor relationships, and build scalable staffing strategies based on data.

You will hire, train, and mentor a team of staffing leads, own cost per hire, and drive KPI-driven performance across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years managing workforce staffing programs in high-volume environments.
• Deep knowledge of talent attraction strategies and sourcing platforms.
• Proven experience leading grassroots programs across multiple US locations.
• Exceptional problem solving; agile and tenacious leadership.
• Strategic planning with creative solutions for forecasted hiring needs.
• Strong organization, time management, and urgency in execution.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in recruiting and hiring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to report metrics to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal and vendor staffing relationships (3P vendors).
• Lead a team of staffing associates and contingent workforce leads.
• Own cost per hire through vendor delivery oversight.
• Develop and execute vendor initiatives across HelloFresh lines.
• Drive staffing performance via scorecards and benchmarks.
• Partner with Field HR and Operations on sourcing for expansion markets.
• Hire, train, and mentor staffing program leads and specialists.
• Define metrics and align OKRs with staffing goals.
• Anticipate future needs and build infrastructure to meet demand (e.g., VMS).
• Collaborate with regional operations, labor planning, and Finance.
• Influence stakeholders on systems, processes, and reporting.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous process improvement.
