Advantech USA is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Temporary) in Milpitas, CA to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, packaging, order processing, and inventory documentation in SAP. The role requires organized, dependable individuals who can adapt in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate packaging and on-time shipments.

Qualifications

1–2 years in warehouse ops or shipping/receiving.
Understanding of basic warehouse procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to prioritize, work independently, and meet shipping/receiving schedules.
Adapt to changing workloads while maintaining accuracy.
Collaborate effectively with team members in a warehouse.
Able to lift and move packages up to 30 pounds.
Communicate effectively in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

Packaging activities within the shipping system, including daily component packaging and customer customization orders.
Schedule orders and verify the accuracy of packaged products.
Complete daily inbound receiving of products and notify recipients.
Scan shipping module barcodes into SAP for inventory and shipping records.
Coordinate with employees and other departments to resolve issues.
Follow CTO files and SOPs for operations.
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
