Job summary

Advantech USA is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk II in Milpitas, CA. The role handles packaging, inbound receiving, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure accurate shipping records and on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in warehouse operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. This is a nonexempt, hourly position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in warehouse operations or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet shipping/receiving schedules and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Package products within the shipping system and complete customer customization orders.
• Schedule orders and verify accuracy of packaged products.
• Receive inbound shipments and notify recipients.
• Scan barcodes into SAP for inventory/shipping records.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve shipping-related issues.
• Maintain CTO files and SOPs.
• Maintain shipping/receiving documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
