Job summary

Sweetgrass Pharmacy & Compounding in Mount Pleasant, SC, is seeking a dependable Shipping & Delivery Specialist to ensure medications reach patients and providers safely, accurately, and on time.

You will coordinate outgoing shipments, monitor deliveries, resolve issues, maintain cold-chain materials, and perform local deliveries across Mount Pleasant and surrounding areas. The role may rotate into other pharmacy duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active South Carolina Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Experience in shipping, delivery, logistics, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and coordinate medication shipments per procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery to patients and providers.
• Monitor shipment progress and address delays or issues.
• Troubleshoot lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
• Communicate delivery updates with staff, patients, and carriers.
• Conduct local deliveries in Mount Pleasant and surrounding areas.
• Maintain shipment records and assist with receiving and organizing.
• Rotate into other pharmacy duties as needed.
