Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license with South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
• Previous shipping, delivery, logistics, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Able to travel locally with reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and coordinate medication shipments following procedures.
• Ensure accurate, on-time delivery to patients and providers.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays or issues.
• Troubleshoot lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
• Communicate delivery updates to staff, patients, providers, and carriers.

• Maintain medication security and patient confidentiality.
• Keep cold-chain supplies stocked and prepare temperature-sensitive meds.
