Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a part-time Development Coordinator to support School Engagement operations in North Carolina. You will assist a team of 6-9 staff with administrative tasks, manage data and expenses, handle online orders, and coordinate meetings for schools and staff.

Qualifications

• Three years of prior experience in a supporting role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, and Zoom

Responsibilities

• Support a team of 6-9 staff with administrative needs
• Data entry, spreadsheet management, and expense report assistance
• Help facilitate online material orders for schools and staff
• Schedule meetings for schools and staff
• Occasional travel to local schools (mileage reimbursement)
• Coordinate with local print vendor to facilitate print orders
• Ensure adherence to national and regional School Engagement policies
• Collaborate with national and regional counterparts
• Perform other duties as assigned
