Job summary

A Skilled Nursing Home Facility in Connecticut is seeking an experienced and confident RN Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team on a short-term contract.

Work 3-11pm, with flexibility to cover other shifts as needed; long-term options exist. A special temporary rate of $70/hr is offered for this 4-6 week assignment, with 401(k) and matching benefits and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in CT in good standing.
• IV certification is required.
• Experience in senior care preferred.
• Able to read, write and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and task prioritization.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Patient, tactful and positive with residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RN staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate shifts and cover as needed.
• Follow oral and written instructions and maintain records.
• Collaborate with team to support residents and families.

SAME DAY OFFERS for an experienced and confident RN Registered Nurse Supervisor ready to jump in! Work in our facility for a long term 3-11pm contract, with flexibility to work various shifts as needed!

A Nursing Home Company has a special temporary rate of $70/hr available for experienced Working RN Registered Nurse Supervisors for a 4-6 week contract!

Hours available:

• 7-3pm (24 hours)


• 3-11pm (24 hours)


• 11-7 (24 hours)

Requirements

* IV cert required*

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in in the state of CT in good standing


• Experience in senior care preferred


• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.


• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.


• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.


• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.


• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.
