Job summary

A Skilled Nursing Home Facility in Connecticut seeks an experienced RN Supervisor for night shifts (11pm–7am) at multiple nearby facilities. Long-term temporary contract.

CT RN license and IV certification required; senior care experience preferred. Weekly pay and a 401(k) with matching are offered. Must be willing to drive between facilities and work weekends on a rotating basis. Special rate of $70/hr for experienced supervisors.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in CT in good standing.
• IV certification required.
• Experience in senior care preferred.
• Able to read and follow instructions and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to drive between nearby facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during night shift and ensure high-quality resident care.
• Coordinate patient care plans and assignments across multiple facilities.
• Monitor safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance during night hours.
• Communicate with daytime staff and facilities to maintain continuity of care.

A Nursing Home Company has a special temporary rate of $70/hr available for experienced Working RN Registered Nurse Supervisor.

Requirements

* IV cert required*

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in in the state of CT in good standing

• Experience in senior care preferred

• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

• Willingness to drive to nearby A Nursing Home Company facilities as needed
