Qualifications

• Two years of experience performing administrative duties in a Recruitment, Human Resources, or Elections environment.
• Experience with data tracking tools, like Microsoft List and Excel.
• High school diploma or GED; an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes high volumes of job applications in Workday and monitors approvals.
• Coordinates onboarding and first-day readiness activities to ensure candidates are cleared.
• Manages communications regarding hiring status and onboarding requirements via email and Teams.
