Jefferson St., Phoenix, AZ 85003, through mid‑November 2026, with required experience in office, administrative, or HR roles and the ability to pass background checks. The candidate must be a registered voter in Arizona, proficient with Microsoft Office and Workday, and able to work irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Two years of office, administrative, and clerical experience in Administration, Recruitment, Human Resources, Elections, or a similar environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Ability to pass background checks and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews to recruit temporary Election workers.
• Handle communications via telecommunication and electronic media.
• Enter information in Workday and MS Office applications.
• Schedule training for poll workers and election staff.
• Support other election activities as needed during election cycles.
