Job summary

Wentzville School District is seeking an Instructional Assistant for ONCE Reading at Heritage Elementary. This temporary 2026-2027 position runs 10 months with a 35-hour work week and includes a full benefits package.

Starting pay is $16.92 per hour, with qualifications aligned to MO DESE standards and ParaPathways requirements. Candidate must have the ability to work with students, document progress, and implement feedback from coaches, while meeting language and phoneme articulation

Qualifications

• Must meet DESE qualifications to obtain substitute teacher certificate.
• Ability to produce standard English phonemes with precision.
• High standards for communication and instruction with students.
