Job summary

State of South Carolina in Spartanburg seeks an IT Support Helper to be the first contact for customers seeking tech assistance in person, over the phone, or by email. You will create tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with accounts, and escalate complex problems.

You will follow up to update statuses, provide accurate product information, and manage checkout/in of IT equipment while tracking inventory for hardware and software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• IT support technician experience preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required.

Proficient in written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

IT support technician experience.

Basic IT Certification (CompTIA A+ or equivalent).
