Job summary

FTD is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage time tracking and multi-state payroll using ADP Vantage, ensuring regulatory compliance across a large field of employees and contingent workers. The role emphasizes accuracy, audits, and process improvements.

This on-site position in Kansas requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with ADP platforms, with duties spanning reporting, reconciliation, and payroll file preparation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' related experience in payroll and timekeeping.
• Knowledge of timecard calculations and payroll processing rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and multi-site environments.
• Proficiency with ADP platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Report contingent employee hours weekly to agencies.
• Submit hour adjustments to agencies as applicable.
• Reconcile agency invoices with daily time submissions and prepare supporting docs.
• Interpret timecard and accrual calculations per policy and regulation.
• Update employee time profiles to ensure accurate timecards and accruals.
• Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and agencies.
• Run reports and audits of timecard, accrual data and pay activities.
• Troubleshoot timecard and accrual issues.
• Prepare internal and external process documentation and job aids.
• Maintain internal controls documentation.
