Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group's client, an investment management firm in Greenwich, CT, seeks a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team. The role is onsite, five days weekly, 8:30am–5:00/5:30pm, lasting about three months with possible extension.

Compensation up to $35/hour. Responsibilities include coordinating high-volume interview schedules, candidate communications, and day-of onsite support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and financial services experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating high-volume scheduling and logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional presentation.
• Proficiency with Outlook, MS Office; knowledge of Greenhouse a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across teams and stakeholders.
• Manage candidate communications, confirmations and follow-ups.
• Greet candidates onsite and support day-of event logistics.
• Plan campus recruiting events, superdays and travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse ATS and reimbursements.
