• Process HOI mortgagee updates for Home Equity loans and communicate with insurance agents.
• Record mortgages and satisfactions; prepare mortgage satisfactions.
• Process VOI/VOE requests for 1st mortgages with employers or members as needed.
• Support a tracking update project and perform cross-system data entry.
