Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for member credit unions, handling inquiries and support requests.
• Provide multi-factor authentication and login assistance to end users.
• Analyze and troubleshoot user issues, identify root causes, and escalate as needed.
• Document member interactions and support activities in logs and systems.
• Process user access requests in Single Sign-On portals and endpoint systems with accuracy and security.
• Assist users with username, password, and authentication-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams during outages and communicate updates to users.
• Follow procedures while supporting additional projects as needed.
