Job summary

IntelliSource is hiring a Temporary Mailroom Associate in Brookshire, TX. You will handle mail, packages, and shipping tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The role emphasizes data entry, customer service, and collaboration with Logistics and NPI teams.

Starting pay is $23 per hour, with base pay range $18.00–$18.50 per hour. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and a clean record.

Qualifications

• Data entry experience; comfortable using laptops, scanners, and modern tech.
• Previous shipping, receiving and customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Clean DMV/Criminal record; willing to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive mail, packages, and freight from delivery vehicles.
• Sort material to designated locations based on information provided.
• Distribute time-sensitive material to correct recipients on-site and off-site.
• Process incoming packages in Bear Tracks for pickup or delivery.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of receiving tasks.
• Scan packages to internal customers.
• Troubleshoot problem shipments with Logistics and NPI teams.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for Material Handling.
