Job summary

Qualifications

• BA required.
• Familiarity with youth programs or K-12 schools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and enrollment reports for summer programs.
• Provide excellent customer service for families and students.
• Manage enrollment reports and waitlists.
• Coordinate virtual and on-campus logistics (Zoom, reservations, catering, materials).
• Create digital and print materials for summer programs.
• Liaise with College offices for logistics.
• Support program execution online and on campus.
• Attend weekend orientations or fairs as needed.
• Greet precollege students and teaching artists with care and professionalism.
