Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary) in New York, NY to support recruitment efforts for a prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate will assist in the Summer Associate Program, manage recruitment events, and coordinate interviews.

This role requires strong organizational skills, interpersonal communication, and the ability to work long hours, especially during peak hiring seasons. Experience in legal recruiting or HR is preferred, along with familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in legal recruiting, HR, event coordination, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working long hours, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing the firm’s Summer Associate Program.
• Schedule interviews for candidates.
• Act as a firm representative and maintain relationships with candidates.
