Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT-oriented professional to manage cellular devices, Air cards, and VoIP phone setups for our team in Irvine. You will deploy devices for new hires, handle replacements, and provide IT support for mobility and communications.

Responsibilities include setting up VoIP extensions, managing activation through Intune and related portals, and ensuring reliable telecom services for all employees. A+ and Windows/O365 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or technical certificate, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a technical/telecommunications supporting role.
• A+ certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Android and Apple devices.

• Order accessory supplies for iPads/Phones/Air cards.

• Set up new VoIP extensions and voicemails and provide desk phones.
• Troubleshoot all issues relating to cellular and VoIP devices.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for ordering, setting up, and deploying all employee cellular devices and air cards, setting up and deploying Avaya VoIP phones and extensions, and providing general customer support for all IT-related issues.

Compensation Range: $23 - $28 per hour
