Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT-oriented professional to manage cellular devices, Air cards, and VoIP phone setups for our team in Irvine. You will deploy devices for new hires, handle replacements, and provide IT support for mobility and communications.

Responsibilities include setting up VoIP extensions, managing activation through Intune and related portals, and ensuring reliable telecom services for all employees. A+ and Windows/O365 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or technical certificate, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a technical/telecommunications supporting role.
• A+ certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Android and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage cellular and VoIP telecommunications for all employees.
• Order, set up, and deploy cellular devices for new employees.
• Provide replacement devices for broken/lost/stolen inventory.
• Order accessory supplies for iPads/Phones/Air cards.
• Provide customer support for Cellular/iPad/Aircard issues.
• Manage device activation/deactivation through Wireless Watch Dogs and Intune portals.
• Set up new VoIP extensions and voicemails and provide desk phones.
• Troubleshoot all issues relating to cellular and VoIP devices.
• Provide general IT support for our internal help desk.
