A rapidly growing organization seeks an HR Assistant to support human resources activities by managing data, preparing reports, and coordinating employee training. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, preferably with HR experience, and strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in this dynamic work environment.
Compensation: $17.28 - $21.00 per hour, depends on experience
Supervisory Responsibility: None
Position Summary
Perform a variety of time-sensitive, skilled administrative and clerical duties directly related to human resources activities.Supports the department in fostering positive employee relations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Other Duties
· Comply with ECF’s Injury and Illness Prevention Program.Ensure safe use and operation of tools and/or equipment.
· Comply with ECF policies and procedures, including mandated reporting requirements.
· Regular, reliable attendance.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Licenses/Certifications: High School diploma.
Experience: Two years as an HR Assistant preferred or similar skills

Work site is located in a building shared with a school for students (grades K–12 th ) who have varying degrees of learning, behavioral, emotional, and developmental disabilities.Employee may encounter students who are in crisis, exhibiting emotional/psychological distress, or behaving in an aggressive manner.Environment may include frequent interruptions, loud noise, odors, varying indoor temperature, and drafts.May encounter inclement weather when traveling for ECF business.
