What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary contact for scheduling and dispatching of aircraft and crew
- Coordinate all applicable flight logistics, including trip itineraries, hotel reservations, and ground transportation
- Maintain communication with crew, aircraft owners, and passengers regarding trip details and status
- Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations within Flight Support
- Resolve customer requests and concerns, often requiring analysis of situations to optimize resource use

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of experience in flight coordination, dispatch, charter, and customer service organizations
- FAA Dispatchers license strongly preferred
- Knowledge of FAR Part 135 and FAR Part 91 operations, restrictions, and requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Aviation, or Business Management
- Experience resolving AOG and other trip interruption events
- Familiarity with Avianis software
- Ability to thrive in a high-stress and achievement-oriented environment
- Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced setting
