Job summary

Bishop & Company, Inc. is seeking an Escrow Service Specialist (Temporary) in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role supports a busy Mortgage Loan Servicing team with strong administrative and customer service skills.

You will coordinate with vendors for insurance payments, maintain records, and communicate with customers, vendors, and agents by phone and email. The position is through year-end with immediate start and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, banking, mortgage servicing, escrow, insurance, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to learn new software systems and navigate a networked computer environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with third-party vendors responsible for timely payments of hazard, hurricane, and flood insurance policies.
• Ensure information is accurately updated and maintained within banking systems.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and insurance agents via phone and email.
• Research and resolve escrow-related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Mortgage Loan Servicing team.
