Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Temporary Worker for the Loan Escrow and Insurance Services area. The role coordinates loan servicing tasks including escrow and insurance records, tax tracking, and vendor coordination.

The candidate will handle policy reviews, regulatory adherence, and timely processing of disbursements, with strong attention to detail and customer service focus.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in Loan Escrow and Insurance Servicing (Administration, Operations, Accounting, Escrows).
• 2-4 years in Escrow and Flood insurance regulatory requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of loan documentation, escrow, and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC for triggering events (New, Renewals, Modifications, Extensions, Increases) per Flood regs.
• Maintain collateral, escrow and insurance records across loan systems.
• Review insurance coverage for compliance with policy and regulatory needs.
• Process and monitor insurance outsourced servicer interactions and reports.
• Monitor escrow disbursements, taxes, and insurance payments for timely processing.
• Provide client service and resolve inquiries and complaints promptly.
