Job summary

V2X is seeking a Temporary Electronics Worker I (1st shift) to support the Indianapolis, IN site. Responsibilities include assembling, disassembling, reworking, and repairing electronic assemblies, PCBs, cables, and chassis.

You will follow detailed instructions, perform soldering (through-hole and surface mount), and operate related equipment. The role requires reading schematics, maintaining quality, and adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of electronic assembly, rework, and repair experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain solder certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, rework, and repair electronic assemblies (PCBs, cables, chassis, cabinets).
• Follow process routings, wiring diagrams, and production planning documents.
• Perform soldering (through-hole and surface mount) and touch-up; operate related equipment.
• Conduct in-process checks and prepare assemblies for inspection and testing.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with additional assembly tasks as needed.
