Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of data entry experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs or equivalent software.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and data entry support for the department;
• Enter and update information into computer programs including Outlook, Excel, Word;
• Maintain filing systems for hard copy and electronic files;
• Prepare outgoing mail and assist with general clerical tasks;
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
